1) a love of travelling, exploring, good food. And meeting the woman of my life.; 2) originally from Lancashire. Arrived in Basque Country via Italy, Spain and Catalunya; 3) after 40 years 'abroad' I can appreciate, I think, the good and the bad of the UK and my hosts.
